She wore her yellow sun-bonnet,

She wore her yellow sun-bonnet,
She wore her greenest gown;
She turned to the south wind
And curtsied up and down.
She turned to the sunlight
And shook her yellow head,
And whispered to her neighbour;
"Winter is dead."

Stunning. I have such issues painting flowers (they always get muddy). Yours are so nice and fresh looking.

Thank you Jeremy,
I appreciate you visiting!
I think the best way to approach
Watercolor painting and flowers too is the most minimal. Very little paint, choose the spot
carefully and apply small amount of pigment fairly quickly and then get out of there before it is overdone.
Kind of like handling a flower, too much handling and they bruise and wither.
